Introduction

 

Storytelling is one of the most powerful tools available to effective communicators. Leaders and managers use stories to build trust, influence others and inspire action.
In this practice-oriented workshop, we will help you improve your skills in Storytelling in Business to make an impact on your organization, by addressing
the following topics:

  • Anatomy of an effective story including phrases to make an impact

  • Delivering with heart to the heart

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • considere the importance of storytelling as an influencing tool

  • analyse the audience needs, wants and hooks

  • craft or select stories to meet specific communications needs
