Introduction

Being an effective team leader can entail responsibilities and skills which may be radically different from those which have until now served you in your career.

Guaranteeing high performance at team level, managing an organisation, training your peers and establishing trust, credibility and influence all require highly specific competencies.

This two-day course aims to provide managers with the skills to ensure sustainable performance within their teams.

Objectives

Christian Cruyplandt, can offer 15 years of training experience in the field of organisational and personal development. Over the years, he has been able to develop strong expertise in coaching teams and leaders, in designing and delivering training courses and in the field of change management.

Christian can rely on his experience as HR director, business unit leader and managing partner. He holds a master’s degree in psychology (ULB – 1987), MBTI certification (OPP Oxford) and has developed a tool designed to assess intercultural integration factors.

  • Encourage exchange and interaction between participants by placing them in practical situations allowing them to explore the various dimensions of leadership and build effective and achievable management strategies.
  • Offering high interactivity and placing participants in real-life management situations.
  • Participants are invited to define detailed objectives and to draw up a personal development plan.
  • Participants are invited to take part in a call a few weeks after the course to enable them to take stock of what has been achieved and to receive personalised support.
