Effective writing skills save time, money and support clear communication. Professionals send and receive an average of 126 emails per day, making email the most commonly used form of communication in business.

 A 2013 survey also revealed that 64% of professionals said email has caused tension, confusion, or other negative consequences for them and their colleagues.
As part of our highly practical Effective Writing Skills series, this course will tackle ensures you can communicate clearly and concisely.
